Fair dealership, honest, went above and beyond my expectations. Purchased my car that needed a small repair. They let me take it home, then came and picked it up when the part came in, drove it back to the dealership to do the repair, then delivered the vehicle back to me. Was really happy with my purchase.

Great Car, Great price!

I've never bought a car from a lot before. All my previous cars were cheap ones I had gotten from friends or family but I finally got to a point where I could afford a used car and started checking around town. That's how I found Prime Auto. I emailed them to check on the status of a car and they got right back to me and we set an appointment for the next workday. I got there and he had the car waiting for me. It was perfect. It was the cleanest used car I had seen in all my searches. I got in and drove it and it was PERFECT. This was the most money I have spent on anything in my life and I felt safe doing so with Prime Auto. Since buying it I have drove it to OKC, Tulsa, Hutch and north central Kansas and it's been awesome. There was one small problem with one of the computers that couldn't have been anticipated and he fixed it for me super fast. The next time I need a car I'll definitely come back. Thanks!

This was by far our best car buying experience I’ve ever had We set an appointment and took the vehicle on a long test drive and then to a mechanic. The mechanic verified it was a good car. After being gone for a long test drive they never called or pressured us. We negotiated a fair price, equivalent to what other dealerships we selling similar vehicles with salvage titles for a clean 2 owner SUV with a clean Kansas title. The owners of the dealership offered us a free Car Fax report and disclosed additional information that most dealerships would have hidden that wasn’t even on the Car Fax report. There are a lot of dishonest folks in the car business, Prime Auto is the exception! We’ll give Shelly a call when it’s time to upgrade again!

Sanjay did awesome job with my truck Toyota Tundra. I got my oil changed, transfer case & differential gear oil changed. I had always taken my truck to Eddy’s Toyota but turns out they hadn’t been changing my oil filter, it was extremely dirty. Sanjay was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop to get all the work done for my truck.

Having purchased cars at large dealerships all my life, I was a little hesitant about buying from a smaller lot. When I met the salesman Pete, all my reservations quickly faded. I was instantly at ease and felt as if I'd known him all my life. It was easy to let my guard down. The whole buying process took less than an hour. I not only walked away with an amazing car for my daughter, I feel as if I've made a good friend.
